All returns/exchanges must be submitted within two weeks of receiving merchandise.
1. To initiate your return please email email@example.com with your order number and reason for return so we can send you a Return Authorization number and our shipping address.
2. When dropping off the return with your mail carrier, be sure to get a receipt. This will proof of shipping against any misrouted or lost items.
Please note: You Return Authorization number will expire 30 days from the date the order was shipped. We cannot accept the return after that time.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Keep the following eligibility requirements in mind when making your return.
- All returned items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in saleable condition. All tags must be attached and all original packaging included.
- All returned items will be inspected upon receipt by our warehouse. If products are not in resalable condition your return will be denied. The items will be returned to you and return shipping will apply.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased on are listed as “FINAL SALE” unless otherwise noted.
